Structure
The clearance height control system is placed on both sides of the road and measures in a certain but adjustable height. The outcome will immediately be sent to a LED-variable-message sign.
Infinitely variable
The sensor for the measurement is infinitely variable to both directions, up and down. This enables a precise adjustment of the sensor, to meet all possible requirements and to modify the height individually. In this way, the clearance height control system by IBOMADE is flexibly usable in front of every tunnel, bridge construction or else.
But not only in front of tunnels or bridge constructions: With our system, smart height control is also possible for example to optimize specific construction processes. The smart height control allows basically infrastructure projects during normal traffic.

Advanced traffic technology
The measurement happens automatically every time a vehicle passes the sensor. If a vehicle is too high for the upcoming maximum clearance, a signal will be sent immediately to the variable-message sign ahead.
Fast transmission
The data are processed almost in real-time und transmitted to the variable-message sign.
Flexible and strong sensor
Due to the infinitely variability, the sensor can be adjusted to individual requirements and used for many different infrastructural conditions. Thus, our clearance height control system is maximally flexible. In addition, the sensor has a very short transmission time. The data can the processed and transmitted to the message-sign almost in real-time.

Dynamic LED-variable-message sign
The displays of our variable-message signs are equipped with modern LEDs. Thus, they are optimal visible for the traffic at all times – for example at adverse weather conditions or bad visual conditions. Furthermore, the dynamic LED-variable-message signs receive the measured data instantly. Vehicles with an overheight are warned reliable and quick.
